Exercise Program

You may already have an exercise program in place that works for you. But if you want or need help with setting up a program to help you with overall fitness while you’re losing weight, both exercise plans and personal training time are available as options with Amie's Nutrition Program. 

  • Exercise plans. We’ll review your current exercise regimen, compare it with your goals, and make any adjustments.
     

  • Personal training. Hourly sessions are available. The workout includes cardio, resistance, and core strengthening to help you increase your strength, metabolism, agility, endurance, and flexibility. I use a variety of different methods from pilates to kickboxing to challenge you and get you the results you desire.
