Amie's Nutrition Program consists of three parts:

  • Foundation: Initial six weeks

  • Lifestyle: Four-week increments

  • Maintenance: 4–12 months


     


 

Foundation

Kick off your weight loss with the Foundation program. Change your eating habits and lifestyle, and you’ll lose at least 1 to 2 pounds per week. 

  • Six weeks

  • Introduction packet

  • Individualized meal plans

  • Exercise plan

  • Sustainable lifestyle changes

  • Six weekly one-hour meetings

  • Daily health tips and recipes

  • Grocery shopping guidance

  • Daily communication to help you stay on track

Lifestyle

Ease up your weight loss while you start learning how to maintain your weight.

  • Four weeks

  • Updated meal plans

  • Review of exercise plan

  • Four weekly one-hour meetings

  • Coaching and support through “real-life” situations

Maintenance

Get basic support and coaching to help you keep the weight off.

  • Four to 12 months

  • One-hour meeting each month

  • Email consultations if needed
